What License Types do we offer?
At CAD Journey, we offer every product and license type available in Bentley:
1. Annual (Virtuosity) License (Subscribing to the Software for 1 year)
2. Perpetual Licenses (Buying the License Permanently)
3. Cloud Service Subscription (Monthly Leasing)

How do I purchase my license?
Annual (Virtuosity) License
All Annual (Virtuosity) Licenses are available to be purchase directly from CAD Journey Store.
- Select your desired product(s) and add to cart.
- Once complete, proceed to checkout.
- Enter company information and contact details.
- Please ensure to include the 'License Administrator' information - this is the person responsible for assigning/re-assigning your licenses.
- Enter payment information (and Coupon Code where applicable).
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase to confirm your order has been received.
- The next email you will receive will be from Bentley directly advising you your order has been fulfilled and your license ready for assignment.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within a couple of hours and always within 24 hours.
- After 48 hours post-purchase, you will receive an email from our Customer Success Manager to check in and make sure everything is working exactly as it needs to.
- This is a great opportunity for you to work with a Bentley expert to support you on the license you just purchased and help with any other account related questions.

Perpetual License
Please Note: All Perpetual Licenses require a quote for signing and cannot be purchased via our store.
- Request Quotation from CAD Journey.
- Our team will provide you with an official Bentley quotation for your desired license.
- Once received, please sign and return your quote to us for processing.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email advising your order has been fulfilled and your new licenses are added to your portfolio.
- After 48 hours post-purchase, you will receive an email from our Customer Success Manager to check in and make sure everything is working exactly as it needs to.
- This is a great opportunity for you to work with a Bentley expert to support you on the license you just purchased and help with any other account related questions.

Cloud Service Subscription (CSS)
All new Cloud Service Subscriptions and Replenishments require a Bentley quote for signing and cannot be purchased via our store.
- Request quotation from CAD Journey.
- Our team will provide you with an official Bentley quotation for your desired CSS amount.
- Once received, please sign and return your quote to us for processing.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email advising your order has been fulfilled and your CSS balance is available to use.
- After 48 hours post-purchase, you will receive an email from our Customer Success Manager to check in and make sure everything is working exactly as it needs to.
- This is a great opportunity for you to work with a Bentley expert to support you on the license you just purchased and help with any other account related questions.

Alternative Payment Methods & Flexible Payment Terms
CAD Journey understands that every business might have unique procurements requirements and might need tailored purchase terms specific to their needs. CAD Journey can provide flexible payment terms to all clients to facilitate their business requirements.
- Inform our team of your desired payment method.
- We can accept ACH/Wire, Check etc.
- Inform our team of your desired payment terms.
- We can facilitate Net 30 and Net 60 payment terms.
- We also facilitate 3, 6, 9 and 12 month interest free payment plans.
- We will issue a quotation to you for signing.
- Once signed and returned, we will process your order and issue an Invoice.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email advising your order has been fulfilled and ready for assignment.
- Invoice will be paid within agreed timeframe.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the license type.
Annual (Virtuosity) Subscription
- As per Bentley’s policy, Annual subscriptions have 30 days cancellation period
Perpetual Licenses
- Perpetual Licenses are subject to Bentley’s SELECT Terms & Conditions.
- Licenses can be upgraded for a higher value license at any time.
- Licenses can be exchanged as part of a ‘Portfolio Balance’ at the time of your renewal.
Cloud Service Subscription (CSS)
- A Cloud Service Subscription can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation can be made by Service Request and any remaining funds will be returned to you.
Post-Sale Support
- CAD Journey prides itself on our excellent customer and post-sale support.
- Every client is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager to address queries, concerns, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- If you have any technical issues with your Bentley Account, our Customer Success Manager with liaise with the Bentley team on your behalf to ensure expedited issue resolution
- Your Customer Success Manager will work with you throughout the year to ensure that you have everything you need and everything is working exactly as it should be.
